"We liked this property! It was a 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. A short walk to an entrance to the path around the lake. Great views of downtown. It was sweet that there were flowers on the table for our anniversary and breakfast foods, fruit, and coffee for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and toilet paper! I appreciated that Raymond had both recycling and composting.The place was comfortable and well designed. As the listing states, there are stairs to get to the house!"

"Whether you are staying a weekend or for a week, the Nest is perfect! Plenty of outdoor space to relax and everything you need inside. The owners are very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend to anyone. If I ever come back I am definitely going to book the Nest again!"

"Clelia’s cottage was a perfect place to stay when visiting Austin for our Niece’s birthday. It’s in a quiet neighborhood still close to area amenities. The space was cozy and spacious for us as a couple and the kitchen and living space would be great for meal or relaxing and the desk is perfect for a little work or web surfing. "

"We came to Austin for a weekend get away and this place was perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe. Pool was cool! And the AC worked amazing for the hot August days. Hosts were super kind and responsive. The home is connected to the main home, but hosts give you all the privacy (even at the pool) that it was like you had the whole place to yourself. "Was in the area for a baby shower. Perfect location, the shower was the neighborhood over. We were able to check in easily. The house was very welcoming and cute. The kitchen had all items except a stove, we had bought eggs for breakfast but did not end up cooking them. We spent the two afternoons outside to let the kids play, it was very peaceful.
