"Property and room was very clean. Felt safe there and have stayed there for the past three years when the sec womens basketball tournament is held in Greenville. Things that I wasn't too crazy about was that the breakfast was lacking in general. Average at best. Also, it is difficult to leave the property and enter Orchard Park Road due to tall cedar trees blocking the view until you have to get out into the road before you can see if there is oncoming traffic.I have made comments about that...

"As others have noted, this hotel is under renovation. You can tell from the construction stuff in the parking area, the empty lobby, and the poor condition of the elevator floor. As I walked into my room (#421), there were other indications of both ongoing construction and inefficient planning: a piece of paper stuffed into the peep hole to block the view, a mini-refrigerator door that fell off the first time I tried to open it, no trash cans, and wires coming out of the walls where they had not...
