"Best description would be okay. It’s basically a pub with rooms so I wasn’t really expecting too much. The rooms were a little tired and could probably do with a redecoration and a general facelift. Mattress probably in need of a change but it’s clean and serves its purpose. The pub itself is pretty good and the breakfast was also good. Staff helpful but busy so it was a bit difficult catching someone’s eye when we checking in and out. "

"Great stay, all staff were very friendly. This place is super dog friendly (I actually think nearly everyone in the building had a dog) During our evening meal one item on the menu was not quite right and they quickly sorted it out for us. The food was delicious too, including breakfast. The room was spotless and a lovely view across the valley."
