"I wish we had better designated parking spaces for just that hotel. Other wise it was a great place to stay! Will most likely stay again in the future. "

"Parking lot not owned by the hotel is a little sketchy. Elevators and the area where u get off is dirty and feels a little unsafe . This is by no means the fault of the hotel as they don’t own the lot but Mayb could encourage she owners to clean it up a little. One hotel improvement would b electric outlets with charging ports or lamps with ports "

"Wonderful location in walking distance to many points of interest, shopping, and dining. Front door and main staff were lovely. Complimentary coffee in the morning, and loved the scrabble and chess tables near the fireplace to wind down after a long day of Christmas festivities! Room was impeccable. Cozy bed, bathrobes, and beautiful spacious bathroom."

"This hotel is beautiful and in a desirable location in Cumberland County (easy access to bus, rail, airline, taxi walkable). I cannot help but to compare & contrast it to other hotels from York, Cumberland, Lincoln Counties…. I have traveled for work FT since July 2013 and stayed at hundreds of brands. After the novelty wore off, another entrepreneur suggested I become a hotel brand member; and I tried a few. At the Hilton there was a male & escort; at the Hampton the team member in charge of turn-over disregarded my check-out and was harassing 2 hours early instead - which was weird; Best Western no problem; neither Holiday Inn; and all 4* resorts are lovely; as are a lot of the mom & pop places with hidden charm. Except in Maine. An Aloft I stayed at; their employee was charges with a serious crime; each hotel along the coast to Boothbay & West to Lake Sebago, SOMETHING was off. Yet this hotel seems normal and put together with motivates employees. It’s clean, quite, well-service; h"
