"Considering a fire broke out on our 3 rd floor. Don’t know the cause. The manager and staff were very helpful with our safety, booking at another hotel if we couldn’t stay there. When firefighters said everything was safe and we had the option to stay there. Manager Jo , I believe was great, at making sure that if anybody needed reimbursement, it was taken care of or will be depending how you booked your stay. I would stay there again. All of the staff helped wherever they could by letting us warm in in the hotel van, temps below freezing, or getting back to and from rooms if needed for bags and assistance to any people that needed assistance. Before all of this service, cleanliness all with a friendly environment all around. "

"We were here for the Randy Travis Tour. This was our first time staying at Doubletree. We had a river view room on the 12th floor. This was the quietest room we have ever stayed at. You get a warm cookie and a bottle of water upon check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stella checked us out and she was an A+"
