Both contain highly important information for a perfect stay. Location, comfort, and enjoyment make this unique place special. The communication was detailed and easy to follow. "Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. "
