The staff was friendly-ish; they did their job but could've been a bit warmer. One big plus was that the hotel was dog-friendly, so our pup could join us, which made the trip even better! Overall, it was a great spot for a quick family getaway. We'd definitely consider coming back!"

"I arrived before 3:00 pm and the front desk agent was very kind and permitted me to check in without any issue. She didn’t have to allow it, but she had a room available, so she did it. I am very thankful for this level of service. You don’t always find it in the world. I will stay here when I return to Leavenworth and I will tell my friends and family also to stay here. "
