"The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The aircon was excellent. The shower was wonderful- hot water and a rain shower. The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as there are ample restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our room had a view of the river too, which was tranquil. Overall, it was perfect for our one night before moving onto the Galápagos Islands. I’d stay again and would recommend to others who are visiting Guayaquil. "

"The staff went above and beyond for me. The night I got there, there was no electricity. They helped me out that night. The staff may not have spoken much English, but they tried hard to make sure I knew what was going on."
