"This was my first time staying but not my last! This hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, and it's directly across from a parking structure (about $35 for an overnight stay, in around 430 out by 11) so you can easily park yourself or use valet if you wanted. I loved the free shuttle option to get us to and from our concert at LCA. I also loved then when we left, the location it's right around the corner from the highway. "Yes, the view from the RiverWalk is lovely. Service and property are below sub-par. We waited 45 min in line to check in, multiple parties had issues as the hotel seems confused about amounts to charge if you are a hotels.com customer. A lady in line said that the check in and check out process is always terrible there. We did not stay at the property because the air-conditioners were not working. Hotels.com processed a refund the next day, but we have been waiting on the hotel to process a...

"The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean, and I greatly appreciated the handheld shower and the full mattress enclosures on the mattresses to prevent parasite infestation. It really provided great piece of mind."

"This was my first time staying but not my last! This hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, and it's directly across from a parking structure (about $35 for an overnight stay, in around 430 out by 11) so you can easily park yourself or use valet if you wanted. I loved the free shuttle option to get us to and from our concert at LCA. I also loved then when we left, the location it's right around the corner from the highway. The only bummer about the room is that the bathroom has one of those frosted clear walls so when someone is in the bathroom, you can't see them, but the light of the bathroom illuminates the bedroom."
