"The staff is always very friendly. The location is excellent. You arrive, give your car to the valet parking and you don't need to see the car again for the length of your stay. This part of N. High St. is packed with shopping boutiques and every type of dinning. All in a safe family environment even at night."

The elevators had long lines at times and took long to arrive but it could have been because the hotel was filled with cheerleaders for a cheerleader competition that was in town. The front desk staff was nice and friendly."
