"This was our first time to Cincinnati. Please beware that you have to pay to park $42/day, plus tip the valets every time they put your car away or bring it up for you. They do not charge you to go in & out like some places do. They are very nice, courteous & took good care of the vehicle & got it quickly each time. Having said that, you have to pay to park almost anywhere you go in the city & either need to hunt down a pay machine or download the app to pay for parking. The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. There fabulous, hot, full breakfast of eggs, sausage, breads, yogurts, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit & juices. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate are free & available 24 hrs. You do have to use your card key to ride the elevator as well as get into your room. The gym is fantastic with Peleton bikes, treadmills, weights & elliptical machine along with a pool. Room service is only every other day unless you request service everyday. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "
