"This is a simple but cozy home nestled behind lots of dining options. We walked to dinner at Tequilas. It is small but clean and served our needs. There are white squirrels (retirement community of squirrels?) in the yard which is so unique to see. "

"Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!"

"Very cute cabin up and out of town. Very private. Cabin filled with everything you need. But the owners are beyond special. While we were there, tropical storm Helene came through. We decided to leave a few days early because of the threat of the storm not allowing us to get back to Minnesota. Nobody could’ve known how bad it was going to be. Regardless, we were reimbursed for the days we did not stay. We did not expect reimbursement, and didn’t ask for it. We understood that this was a one...

"We absolutely loved our time at May Acres Cottage. It was the perfect location for us to explore the parkway, visit friends in Asheville and a quick trip away to a family wedding! The cottage was spotless and was equipped with everything We could have needed. Julie and Tim were wonderful hosts! "

"I loved the location of this rental. My main concern was parking but we were able to park across the street without a problem. One thing to note is that it is just a kitchenette set up. So, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We enjoyed the hot tub, the spacious bathroom and the view from the patio!"

"Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer...

"We enjoyed every minute very quiet and the house is totally updated and beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Would eat at Juicy Lucy's every day which is only a couple of blocks away. Biltmore 4 min down the road."

Main living space is about 800 sq ft. The loft is about 300 sq ft.

"Quaint place, very clean, everything was labeled and easy to find …the charging stations were a bonus as we forgot one of our phone chargers thx!! "
