It was within walking distance to many of the breweries and restaurants, incredibly convenient.We loved having the balcony full kitchen into en suite bathrooms.There are three codes needed to access the property, one for the parking garage, one to enter the stairwell and one to enter the apartment. "This property was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. It was clean, modern, well appointed and super comfortable. "Six of us travelled to Asheville. Planned to see Town Mountain at The Orange Peel and have some good food. The condo was great. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Only had to drive to see the Biltmore House. Weather was fantastic and we took full advantage of the outdoor balcony. It was wonderful. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for space for a small group that checked every box. "

"Lovely place in downtown Asheville! Very near to great nightlife, including a fun bar right downstairs. Very clean and nice with easy access. Parking can be a challenge on the streets at time but paid parking readily availble, plus free parking on the street from 7:00pm thru 7:30am. Would certainly recommend for a fun weekend getaway!"

"We were in town for Billy Strings! We had a great stay, no real issues. I will say the cleanliness was lacking. For the price, the place needs a little sprucing up with deep cleaning and paint job. I didn’t report it to the host but I feel sure they must be aware there is mold growing on ceiling in den above middle can light. I took pictures just in case.
