"We already gave Feedback to BNBook but unfortunately without and comment or apologize. 1. The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink. "Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!"

Great location!

"The hotel was great, clean and excellent customer service. There was always someone on the desk when we went in and out. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The rooftop bar had a really nice atmosphere and stunning views. The location was right by the main shops, restaurants and Duomo Cathedral, but at the same time just tucked around the corner so it wasn’t too busy outside the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend. "
