"We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!"

"The house is adorable—it’s filled with beautiful plants and decor. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Spacious rooms and living space. One of the beds had soiled linens (stains and lots of hair). The face towels in the bathroom were all soiled, as well. The kitchen did not have paper towels and the bathrooms were not stocked with Extra toilet paper rolls. We had to go looking for more. "This Beautiful Home was perfect for our large family. It was stocked with pantry goods that I have always had to provide myself which made it very nice. We had enough space for all of the children and they absolutely loved it. We're ALL still talking about it! We had several inches of beautiful snow which brought back sweet memories of growing up in Topeka. We hope to return again...SOON !!!"

"A perfect half way point to meet family for Christmas! We cooked an amazing dinner and sang around a little Christmas tree with all the lights in a cozy room! Watched the Christmas parade on a huge east to use TV. Beds were comfy too! Visited a grocery store and an amazing Italian restaurant all near by?! What a blessed time! "
