"Absolutely lovely accommodation with stunning views! Perfect for a quiet and cozy night out in the mountain with all amenities to make the stay comfortable. Definitely a must book just for the view alone. Room was well designed, furnished and cosy."

"Beautiful farm...people were very helpful...lovely setting...and great wines and information about wines and ports. Only issue was finding the place...they do not have a sign at the entrance to the property."

"Great place for romantic stay. The pool and the view are amazing. The room may need some upgrade (bigger bed). But we really like the place/ owner and enjoyed the neighborhoods. It could be incredible with no so much investment. "

"The staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast served was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel with lots of variety and such fresh fruit. We enjoyed walking through the vineyard and found it an excellent spot to explore Douro. Highly recommend. "

"Charmerende. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til poolen. Vær opmærksom på at nogen værelser har vinduer højt, så man ikke kan se ud (kælderen). Flere grupper af stole/borde udenfor, så man kunne sidde og hygge. Flinke værter. Morgenmad ok, men der manglede hele tiden noget (var der i 3 dage). I området var der gode afmærkede vandrerstier. Et stort supermarked. "

"Owners extremely accomodating and gracious,even cooking dinner for us! Breakfeast yet to come. Like a lovely private home stay for just 1 night. Location characteristic of grandparents time of life in the middle of a town surrounded by apple orchards and grape vinyards. 5 stars!"

"They were great hosts. We booked the whole place for ourselves during a weekend! All the amenities needed, very clean and comfortable! Getting there by car can be a problem as a certain road is very tight! But it’s doable! Highly recommend!"

"SURPRISE: l'établissement était fermé pour "TRAVAUX" (aménagements intérieurs et construction piscine), mais la réservation toujours possible ! Les propriétaires nous ont assuré d'avoir signalé la fermeture de l’établissement, et ont été désagréablement surpris (tout comme nous) de voir arriver des clients avec réservation payée ! Rien n'était prêt forcément ! Etant donné l'éloignement de l'établissement par rapport à la ville et l'heure tardive d'arrivée, nos hôtes nous ont finalement proposé...

"The property has an attractive top floor and good seating outside and lovely views of the Douro. It’s billed as being ideal for families who want to holiday together but have their own space but this isn’t really the case. There are no facilities downstairs at all, no fridge, bin, kettle for example. So living separately isn’t possible. The pool is a good size and a lovely addition to the property. The villa isn't 15 minutes from Porto, nearer 25 +, also please be aware that parking in Porto in...
