"Overall, it was a good stay and I have stayed there before so it was a surprise when I asked the front desk receptionist for an extra hour after checkout time and she said no. I have never had a hotel deny a customer an extra hour before so it was a new experience, nonetheless, I understand that there may have been constraints with an extra hour and I didn't know the impact of that ask.
