"The condo is located in the Bear Valley village, 2 miles away from the ski park. The condo is small but cozy. The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds comfortable. Kitchen is tiny but has a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The heaters worked well though there is no central thermostat. There are 2 short flight of stairs to get to the unit. Narrow stairs connecting upstairs and downstairs. The living room/dining room area is dated. Very quiet. We stayed there during a winter storm....

"This condo was comfortable, clean, and great for kids. You can tell the owners love this place and it feels higher quality than other places I’ve stayed. The rental company was very responsive when we had needs. Short drive to Bear Valley Resort and had a great time skiing. The closest grocery store is 29 min away, so bring what you need or pick it up in Arnold. Will definitely go back. "

"Three of us were looking for a place that was an easy walking distance to the xc trails and we were booking a bit last minute. This condo fit our needs. It has an efficient layout, plenty of extra blankets, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed our stay."
