"FairBridge exceeded comfort and cleanliness within a very affordable price point and convenient location. I had an urgent and unexpected stay while visiting family and was able to book my stay seamlessly. I had more complexity when I checked out of FairBridge upon arriving to the airport b/c my passport was not with me. The owners answered the phone and checked the room I reserved urgently to assist. It wasn’t immediately found but I was able to make my flight and upon returning home 1300 miles away, Patel and Ron delivered great news they had possession of my precious and private ID. They took great interest and care to ensure it was returned safely back to me and had it back in less than 2 days. It’s very heartwarming and encouraging to receive such great customer service. Their gesture provided immeasurable relief to me and will forever patron in me. Highly recommend "
