"We had a great time. The house was very clean and ready for us. Check-in process was easy and the owner was extremely responsive. It's a very close drive to AC and Brigantine Beach, which made it easy for us to visit both in one day. Highly recommend!"

"It’s a cute, clean, little 2 bedroom bungalow with a vintage, fully functional bathroom and a small, yet stocked and organized kitchen. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit."

"Everything was so well explained prior to arrival, we did not have to contact Gina with any questions. Check-in/out was a breeze, and everything in the cottage was super easy to find. The property was well-kept. My one con is that the rug in the living room sheds quite a bit and stuck to our socks, but not enough to put a dent in our 5-star review. 😊 The binoculars and birdwatching book were a nice touch and came in handy when entertaining our toddler. We created some great family memories...

"Exactly what our family needed in terms of location, accommodations and cost. Old school OC cottage with friendly host and quiet street. Great front porch and side yard for hanging out. Walk to the beach or ice cream or dinner. Longer walk or short drive to the bustle of the boardwalk. Great memories with the kids. Definitely would do it again."
