"Peter and Kaye were GREAT hosts. The place was immaculate and exactly what was described online. More than enough room for me, my wife and 15 year old daughter. They even left a bottle of Chardonnay for our Friday night arrival and Peter brought over 2 great beers!! Their 2 dogs were VERY friendly and my daughter just loved them. "The cottage was very cute and quaint, just what we like. It was very clean and well equipped. And an added bonus with the log burner and kids toys. Perfect weekend away for my mums birthday. Set in a lovely village between two traditional Cotswold towns with lots of nice shops and pubs and restaurants to visit. Would book again if back in the area."

"We booked this place only for a couple of nights as we needed somewhere to stay whilst i attended a local hospital. The property itself is nicely renovated, keeping old features of the barn with modern heating and bathroom etc which was lovely. Checkin was easy and the owners were nearby if needed but not intrusive. Nice big sofa and clean everywhere, nice bath and underfloor heating. The surrounding area is lovely, and I imagine if we attended during a time where the whole country wasnt...

"Overall lovely, clean and comfortable. Some comments though A) Need additional signpost in the lane to get to the property B) the hottub was difficult to operate to get the correct temperature at the time we wanted to use it. An initial set up of the correct amount of wood in the stove would help as would more guidance of how long to leave and how much wood needed before water is at a comfortable temperature C) a couple of the showers were too hot to wash hair in , thermostat couldn't cool...

"The Old Baker House was idyllic; it had oodles of charm and all the mod coms, comfortable sleeping too. All while nestled in the wonderful village of Stonesfield. Enjoyed the newly revived local pub, make many locals and Rosamund was the best! Thanks for a perfect stay!"
