"A lovely villa that feels like a home rather than an impersonal house. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Lovely outside space and a great pool. In a quieter residential area but within walking distance to a great restaurant and shop. Around half hour walk to paphos harbour but taxis are available and reasonably priced and take a few minutes. Had an amazing relaxing holiday and would recommend the villa. The host was great and answered any queries I had before the stay and checked...

"We could not fault James and his property, he was a font of knowledge, places to go, restaurants etc. Collection and return from the airport was a real bonus. Regular checks to see if we were OK. Top man."

"Nice clean place that stayed cool in the heat. Great location walking into town or to the market close by and the neighborhood restaurant. The furniture patio was a bit worn out and so was the community pool chaise lounges. If they spiffed that up it would be ideal. Mathew was super helpful. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!"

"Communication with Tony up to and during the holiday was excellent. He even sorted out an extra movie app for the TV. The house itself was compact, but had what we needed for our holiday. We did find the bed a bit uncomfortable, but that could be just what we are used to at home. Use of improvised mattress topper sorted it. The nearby coastal walks were gorgeous and despite the mixed weather (December), we got out almost every day for a walk. We did find a lot of the nearby bars/restaurants...

"We stayed here in the week leading up to our wedding - very central, walking distance to shops, harbour and beach. Great location to be able to meet up with wedding guests nearby. We hired a car to get to places further out, parking space with the townhouse. I don’t think the photos do the space justice, it’s larger than I thought inside. The outside space gets the sun the whole day, the dishwasher was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay and just booked again for next year!!"
