"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well- equipped for self catering purposes. The beds are great. The garden area is well maintained and the view lovely. The house is out of the main tourist areas and in an excellent location for visits to see some of the island. "Nice clean place that stayed cool in the heat. Great location walking into town or to the market close by and the neighborhood restaurant. The furniture patio was a bit worn out and so was the community pool chaise lounges. If they spiffed that up it would be ideal. Mathew was super helpful. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!"

"We stayed here in the week leading up to our wedding - very central, walking distance to shops, harbour and beach. Great location to be able to meet up with wedding guests nearby. We hired a car to get to places further out, parking space with the townhouse. I don’t think the photos do the space justice, it’s larger than I thought inside. The outside space gets the sun the whole day, the dishwasher was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay and just booked again for next year!!"

"A lovely villa that feels like a home rather than an impersonal house. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Lovely outside space and a great pool. In a quieter residential area but within walking distance to a great restaurant and shop. Around half hour walk to paphos harbour but taxis are available and reasonably priced and take a few minutes. "We recently had the pleasure of staying at Polis Gardens, and had a great holiday experience. The apartment was clean with the complex gardens and patio area well kept. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and relaxing on an evening. The location is situated in a quiet part of town, though a hire car is recommended to visit the beach and other nearby villages, yet it’s just a 15/18 minute walk to polis for bars and restaurants. The real highlife was the fanatic large pool which we all enjoyed. ...

Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! Spacious, light and airy and with the added benefit of a ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a godsend together with a very welcome, ‘welcome pack’ We would recommend a hire car and there is the benefit of off-road parking. "Communication with Tony up to and during the holiday was excellent. He even sorted out an extra movie app for the TV. The house itself was compact, but had what we needed for our holiday. We did find the bed a bit uncomfortable, but that could be just what we are used to at home. Use of improvised mattress topper sorted it. The nearby coastal walks were gorgeous and despite the mixed weather (December), we got out almost every day for a walk. We did find a lot of the nearby bars/restaurants...

The outside space is idyllic with very pretty surroundings and a pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. "Absolutely blown away by this hotel. It’s grand and luxurious. The TV’s in the room could be a little better considering the class of everything else in the hotel but that’s being picky. To be honest you won’t spend much time watching TV."

"Absolutely fantastic in every very aspect. Super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, and the food is to die for. The alcoholic drinks are also good. Aziz prepared cocktail’s up to our liking and made recommendations. All staff working there are extremely kind and polite. Nothing is a problem. We truly felt welcome and taken good care of. We have departed from the hotel at 7pm for our flight. We were allowed to use hotel facilities (including diner) until our departure. There is a luggage room that you can store your bags and is kept locked. We were also provided with a room in order to shower and get ready before the departure at no extra cost. This was our anniversary weekend stay and we were offered fruit platter in our room, small wine and also specialty decorated table at the diner with a bottle of sparkling wine and amazing anniversary desert. The manager George has ensured we were well looked after-Thank you again! We will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to everyone. "
