"Staff cleaned very well but sometimes needed to be reminded to replenish coffee pods. The second to the last day of our stay, they removed our bedroom slippers! "Very happy with their Silkara Suites’ service. Check in/out was smooth and we also requested for slippers, which was delivered to our room quickly. One of the shower heads was leaking and couldn’t be used. We called the front desk and they replaced the shower head for us. Everything happened within 15 min and was impressed. Room and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The only thing that could have made it a better stay is probably being offered a room on a higher floor due to the noise. We stayed on level 1 and the garbage trucks were busy doing their thing overnight, which woke me a couple of times. Then there were people talking loudly on the streets early in the morning, which woke me up. I would probably have to remember to request to stay on a higher level myself next time."

"Overall our experiences at the hotel were great. The staff are amazing specially at the restaurant. Stewart was very helpful. Great service and work Ethic is tremendous. The location is good and lots of restaurants and dining close by. Foodstore or grocery is just beside the hotel. The only downside was the parking fee which is $35 a night. Should be $15 is fair I reckon. We had a good choice choosing the hotel for our 4 nights stay. Good value for money with buffet breakfast was GREAT!"
