"Overall, I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly until my boyfriend told me their was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went to go see and saw it running out of the bathroom and go underneath the cabinet by the mini fridge. When we brought this up to the front desk a worker, Jackie, stated we arent the only people who saw them and they are the "good" cockroaches. "Excellent quality accommodation. Extremely clean facilities, fluffy towels, the bed was very comfortable and the shower is to die for! Very easy parking and the staff were very friendly and professional, too. Also very convenient to have a Westfield across the road and public transport. This was our second visit there and we highly recommend it!"
