"The view from our room was magnificent. We went to Cost-u-Less for breakfast food & liquor since we had a kitchenette. The 3 pools and 2 restaurants on the property were good. The staff was great and very helpful (lobby & shuttle). It was a plus being close to Margaretville and Coki Beach. The only issues were the shower door didn't stay shut unless positioned just right, tv area needed dusting, and curtains had a few missing prongs."

"It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were great. The restaurant was very very good and I highly recommend it. It should be noted that the hotel is situated on a very steep hill and there are very many steps to climb, even from the rooms up to the restaurant. Not suitable for those who can’t manage stairs. "The “treehouses” need proper protection against rodents and bugs. All screens were compromised simply by not having a stronger covering such as chicken wire covering the screen. The staff were friendly but not forthcoming so far as the conditions of the property. The restaurant is NOT fully open. They offer chicken or a burger. Do not stay here if you do not like rodents in your bed. In my opinion they need to post pictures of upgraded rodent and bug prevention. That will probably never happen...
