"I'd stay at this hotel over and over again. First of all - the location is the best. It's right by the Love River and by the train stop. I'd say it's also in the art district where you can view some nice piece of arts . The entire area is an old industrial one, made up of old industrial buildings. But that it's entire charm. You can also cross the bridge which is right across and get to the other side of the river. The hotel was a great choice. I read mixed reviews, however the negative ones were not relevant. I am so happy I chose it. The room was big and clean . They come to clean the room daily , they ring the door before , however, you have an option to press a button if you don't want to be disturbed. Although the bathroom has no door that separates it from the hallway, there is a glass door at the toilet and the shower. They also provide toiletries and house slippers. The room was quiet and very clean. They had coffee and tea complimentary , as well as free breakfast. There were many choices, just be mindful that the breakfast ends at 9.30. "

"The service was excellent. Room comes with happy hour lounge access (6-10pm). When we stayed there, we used the lounge over three nights. Each time a staff, Yuan Yuan, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly to not only my daughter but also other children as well. Really made the difference. My recommendation is for the hotel to relook at the breakfast. Other than the porridge, most of the other offerings are either average or below average. I rather a smaller spread that is better than what I got over the last few days (wide spread of average or below average items): To the chef, your cold tofu was off. The sauce didn’t taste right. Your bbq char siew is not char siew. Your beef balls need vinegar. The irony is that this hotel has a Cantonese restaurant but it appears that the chefs don’t communicate. "

"We love the hotel! It is very convenient and near to the night market. The rooms are enormous and the beds are huge and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again id given another chance to go back to Kaoshiung, not to mention the price!"

"Hotel is very close to Capital park MRT station only 1 minute walk. Quiet and even walk to Formosa station or Liohue night market is only 14 minutes or just 1 station apart. Breakfast is not buffet style but very tasty and different each day. The hotel offer yeti snack times and filling. You can skip dinner. "

"An amazing stay, would give 11/10 if possible! We only stayed 2 nights for a wedding and wish we stayed more. The hotel itself is stunning and the customer service was incredible. The room had remote controlled Toto toilets, marble shower and bathroom, incredible views of the city from both the bedroom and bathroom with the ability to close the curtains. Beds were extremely comfortable, fell asleep almost instantly. However what really elevated the experience were all the little details and staff. A Dyson supersonic hair dryer, Nespresso machine, a whole cute tea set and kettle. Little bags of bath salts, filtered water available on tap (I avoid plastic water bottles if possible), and being able to control some of the room functions, such as the curtains/light/AC, using AI. All of the staff was so understanding of me since my Chinese is grade school level at best, and were so nice. We had to rush out and didn’t get to finish our room service, and they left such a sweet note (signed by “Shane”). The woman who checked us in also provided top tier service! GET THEIR BREAKFAST BUFFET at least once! I usually skip hotel breakfasts for cheaper and more authentic local breakfast spots. I am so glad we got to try the breakfast buffet - so many quality options that I wish I could try them all. They also have a bakery! Lots of shopping and food within walking distance, also easy to call a car/cab. I would come back just for the hotel itself. If you’re on the fence, book it! "
