"We arrived on Phuong Trang sleeper bus from Ben Xe Mien Tay (HCMC). Price was 165k per person including transfer to Winterspring. We enjoyed our stay in the Autumn room. Large room with small balcony. Everything was clean. 2 water bottles a day. Cleaning on request . Had shampoo + body wash bottles. Toothbrush and toothpaste packets. Comb. Hairdryer, fridge, TV (which we didn’t use). Be careful not to close the bathroom door as there’s a lock from the inside. We did it accidentally and couldn’t...

"Very nice welcome. The lady organised our bus pickup for the next day. Her restaurant suggestion was excellent. The upstairs bar with the self-service and the pool table are a real treat. "

"Heel gemoedelijk en ontspannen, lekkere koffie, niets is ze te veel. Minpuntjes zijn de matrassen, erg dun en s'nachts zijn de honden luid blaffend attent die op hun beurt de hanen in de buurt overstuur helpen dus erg veel kukeleku."

Delicious food, enchanting surroundings and amazing trips made this a stay we won't forget. "The Victoria is a wonderful hotel in Chau Doc. It is very convenient for travelers between Cambodia and Vietnam using a boat as transportation. The staff es kind, helpful and very professional. Saying that, I think that is also important to highlight that Chau Doc is a very interesting city to visit because of its diversity and magnificent scenery by the river. The Victoria Hotel will meet the expectations of the most exigent traveler. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very modern, clean, and nice. The staff was always very helpful and kind. We had a few drinks on the rooftop bar and the bar tender was professional. The room was small, but cozy. Breakfast was great! I had 2 bowls of pho ga (very good), along with VN coffee, and plenty of other items. Wink is minutes away from river street, night market, and the pier where you'd take off for the floating market. "

"If you need a place to relax and away from the world this is it!! Love how they go out of their way to please the customer. It was my birthday they presented a beautiful cake set up on the table and the view of the room was so beautiful special in the morning with the sunrise at night time all the light lit up! Highly recommend "

"This is our second time coming back here, two weeks ago we were here and fell in love with the environment and the services over here, the last review was a mistake from Expedia. I didn’t mean to post that review. Everything is perfect here. I love the the layout of the pool,the room everything is so clean. The staff are so friendly and very helpful Highly recommend!! "
