"It is a good stay overall. However, a female, who appeared to be in a senior position or manager for morning breakfast, was very uncheerful, unhappy and hostile. She had no smile or happy face and looked to be unhappy with her job. She is the person who is in the wrong job. Apart from facing her unhappy face in the morning breakfast, the services are good."

"Excellent location, right on the river! Our room had a great view from the 20th floor and was very quiet! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice! Staff were also very helpful! We also like the rooftop pool after a day out sightseeing! They checked the room before we checked out, and very honestly returned money we’d left in the safe! Thank you!"
