"The Chom Chiang Rai Hotel opened just 12 months ago. Everything is new and sparkly with plenty of great on-site carparking. Staff are very accommodating to your requirements. On the negative side I have two comments......... 1. Location - The hotel is a short distance out of the centre of Chiang Rai so it will better suit travellers with a vehicle. "The way everything is constructed in the middle of a jungle with artificial water falls, etc. Its a dream place"

"It was dark at night with very limited lighting outdoors other than that it was good atmosphere."

"The room had two empty bottles of beer when we checked in. The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! The hotel needs to put the duvet in an entire case sheeting and then zip the bottom. When we requested this, the staff who are in NO way to blame were apologetic and said they did not have proper...

"We booked this last minute and were so glad we did! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The room property was beautiful and quiet. As a bonus, breakfast was included and was delicious with generous portions from a preset menu. Additional meals at the cafe were good and affordable and the coffee (like evening else) far exceeded my expectations."
