" Very good location & very close to the sacred phra that phranom but very rude and professional staff who initially did not provide a receipt for a cash payment when we booked an additional room. The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash. Due to the hotel's unprofessional and rude staff and the lack of transparency in providing the receipt ...

"Travelled to Wat Phra That Phanom annual Maha Puja. It was the nearest point, about 20 km away from temple (very reasonable if have a car). Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Helped to locate nearest restaurants (about 700m from hotel). Room is clean and overall well maintained"
