"The grounds are so pretty. Service was great. AC worked just fine. Included breakfast portion are slightly on the small end, but not too small. My only downside is during check-in the receptionist forgot to exclude the Iva tax from the bill. Foreigners are waved the Iva tax if they present their passports. She removed it once I made a comment. This could have been a simple Overlook on the receptionist part, but I've been in Columbia many times and I know that these Gringo fees are typically not added by accident. So just be aware and double check before you pay."

"The property is huge with a restaurant and a pizza resto, bar, yoga, workspace and beach space. The staff are fairly organized but the cleaning staff are awesome and keep everything very clean, outdoor and in you room. The location is not near anything walkable and the walk from reception to the beach is a fairly long walk. Staff do not really introduce you to the property so it’s on your to figure it out yourself. Less of an organized hostel vibe then other Viajeros. You don’t really know who’s the volunteers are at the hostel. I’d go for the beach, get away from people and somewhat the vibes. "

Also I forgot my swimsuit in the room and they were so helpful with getting it back to me to the town I was staying over an hour away. We would definitely come back! "

"We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Perfect relaxing place. Cesar at the desk and Ricardo the Porter were very friendly and helpful. We took the bus 5 minutes to the park entrance and it was very easy. We also took the bus up the other way to the walk/hike to the Enchanted Pools. They organized a good and reasonably price taxi to Cartagena at the end. The beach is also a short walk and you can pay a few dollars for chairs under an umbrella and theres waves but nice to swim there. The hotel can help organize some excursions and we should have done one but were too lazy to decide on one and commit to a time. Other the hotel there aren’t many other places to eat, we did try the cafe at the end of the road (Raíz Cafe) and it had good ice coffee and vegetarian sandwiches. My only recommendation is that the hotel have a few more vegan/vegetarian options with protein for dinner (like even beans, rice, avocado and plátanos would be perfect). And add yogurt for breakfast.
