"The breakfast buffet was very large, but the food was never hot or many times even warm. The serving trays may have had hot water below them when first put out at there opening in the morning, but 2 or so hours later they did nothing. This included waffle or pancakes which I ended up running through the toaster. Thai dishes were also cold."

"A pretty basic Japanese style hotel. Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity. Closest convenient store is a 10 minute walk. You will need a car or download Grab and call a taxi if you want to go anywhere. On the pro side it is a really nice neat quiet hotel with low pedestrian traffic and there's a lot of (outdoor) parking space for you. "
