"A very clean hotel with, an amazing location, The staff in the hotel is very friendly, polite and attentive. Breakfast had a good assortment of bread and cold meats, hot counter breakfast and plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. The only thing to say is it was a bit noisy for my liking, maybe need an extra glazing to silence the early morning city noise. "

Very clean and modern bedrooms and the atrium/reception area were stunning, retaining the feel of the original Haggenmacher Palace.The baggage locker facilities were very useful after check out allowing us to venture out for a full day in the City before an evening flight back home. A couple of reception staff did not appear to be too friendly when walking through reception and during check out, perhaps they were having a bad day but maybe something to consider if you want a big friendly smile to greet...
