"The facility itself was nice, but the management could improve…a lot..! Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool. The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didn’t want anyways). La Terrace water park…many of the jacuzzis weren’t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds....

"non-existent service, dilapidated property, dirty rug with stains and run down furnishings. location is far from most things as it is in a secluded area. nice view if you are planning on staying on the property but otherwise, not very convenient for sightseeing. The stairs are dangerous, as they intervene with the air-conditioner unit and can be hazardous to toddlers. The stay was over-priced.
