The stairs are dangerous, as they intervene with the air-conditioner unit and can be hazardous to toddlers. The stay was over-priced. "The facility itself was nice, but the management could improve…a lot..! Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool. The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didn’t want anyways). La Terrace water park…many of the jacuzzis weren’t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds....

"Cosy and well equipped guesthouse with an excellent view of Yeosu city. The guesthouse was very clean and the beddings were sufficient for my family of 4. Simple breakfast (bread, cereal, milk and juice provided) and large common area for meals/relaxation etc. Desktop computers and games were available also. Accessibility will be difficult for those without vehicles as it is located on a small hill. There are steps to climb down/up when entering/leaving the guesthouse, so not that convenient...

"non-existent service, dilapidated property, dirty rug with stains and run down furnishings. location is far from most things as it is in a secluded area. nice view if you are planning on staying on the property but otherwise, not very convenient for sightseeing. Beware of extra charges for everything. The staff and management seem like they only care about making sure they charge you for everything (didn’t even ask how the stay was etc).
