"Love the place, foods is really do recommend the hotel restaurant and bars, breakfast selection is really good and lovely too, good friendly staff and good location not too far from the old town with 30 minutes walk if you fancy walking around and see Prague or 10 minutes by trams which is right outside the hotel too. "My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!) Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech. Děkuju, Barbora, Austin, a Pedro!"

"Very convenient location. Hotel is 2 mins walk to tram stop and 5 mins walk to Metro station. A supermarket and drug store is just at the next building of the hotel. Surrounding have food and restaurant choices. Its also a 20 minutes taxi ride to airport."

"It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt. The Jerusalem restaurant and bar also is a nice stop to have, I had a buffet and a drink on my first night. Overall, it served its purpose for me. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Prague."
