"Very convenient location. Hotel is 2 mins walk to tram stop and 5 mins walk to Metro station. A supermarket and drug store is just at the next building of the hotel. Surrounding have food and restaurant choices. Its also a 20 minutes taxi ride to airport."

"It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt. The Jerusalem restaurant and bar also is a nice stop to have, I had a buffet and a drink on my first night. Overall, it served its purpose for me. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Prague."

"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay."
