Remember the bookings are just for hours. If for any reason you have to change the booking later in the day (eg. Delayed flight), it's going to be a nightmare doing that through the Expedia virtual assistant. Otherwise very helpful to rest and recover for long stopovers. The staff was really kind, courteous and accommodating.

Booked a bunk bed cabin for an overnight stay for our layover time. Facilities are great. Our beds are soft and comfortable. Toilets are clean and showers has complete amenities. There is also free coffee for guests. I wasn’t able to charge my phone (iPhone 13pro) during the stay since there is a need for adapter, but overall, place is nice. Definitely recommended for anyone who needs an overnight place to stay. You can also walk in for showers.

I booked pod my flight was delayed when I went for checkin my reservation was given to someone else they offered me small pod and I paid for 2 bed bunk beds. Staff was not helpful I suggest everyone to book hotel

I will book the double or twin bunks next time. They have real mattresses. I knew the single fold out chair would be very small, but that chair is like sleeping on the floor. It is very hard and uncomfortable in the folds. The walls are thin so you can hear all talking and the whining sound of your neighboring chair going up and down. Bring your own plug adapter, the plug does not accolade American plugs. It did give me a private place for my 12 hour layover.

Tiny pod just to get some sleep
The module was very small as was expected but we fid not contemplate noise coming from other people and repair work going on. Much too much noise from employees with no consideration for people sleeping.
