"The view shown of the pine trees, green grass and bay, are NOT what you see from the balcony or front of the rental. There is a two story house between you and this view. The building is needing painting for years now, the area around the venue is junky, the stairs inside are unsafe with only a hand rail and no ballusters and no ballusters at the top to keep a small child from falling through. "We really enjoyed the location's proximity to ocean and peace and quiet of the neighborhood (hardly any street traffic). Very nice patio as well but during our stay we did not have to share it with other renters. The Host was reachable, very nice and tried to rectify problems. On the bad side, the place needed cleaning--the floors and pots and pans were dirty. A better collection of pots and pans and cooking utensils are needed. We also lacked Wi-Fi during the stay."
