"We chose this hotel because my husband had to have surgery and it was close to everything that we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, the restaurant, and the hotel staff. We needed to check in early and the staff made sure we had a room ready for us. We are definitely going to be staying here for the next upcoming trip to madison!"

"Each employee I encountered was most helpful, kind and efficient. I had a dead battery and Diane (?) and Pierre (?) didn't hesitate to help me. Brad, in the arts/crafts kids room was AMAZING! My granddaughters just loved him. They colored a picture for him. My grandson totally enjoyed the arcade. And, of course, the waterpark was perfect! It was well tended by staff. The gal, at the concession, was so good. She managed everyone with quick service, a smile and good attitude. I've been telling everyone about our experience. We WILL be back!!"
