"I stay at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs every year when I visit my daughter and grandchildren. They love the pool / hot tub and the breakfast is second to none. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. "

"To be fair it, seems as they are making a good effort to keep up with a aging hotel. Many items are new and modern and other are cracked and peeling paint. I am always hesitant with pool water when I can't see the bottom? Having said that, it was clean, pricing was more than reasonable and every staff member was more than friendly and helpful."
