"This is a lovely newish hotel in a beautiful bay. If you are looking to spend a few days doing nothing and chill this is the perfect place. The photos that you see on their website don't lie. The food was excellent too! Just a couple of minor issues. I know hotels try to create a mood but the piped music all day long can be a little irritating at times. The management obviously do their homework, so as a guest who am I to argue. The only other issue was the staff. Don't get me wrong, all of the staff were polite and courteous at all times and were never rude but they were very disconnected with the guests. We always had to ask for everything, no one was pro-active. Perhaps they were being overworked? They were very young and at times having someone more experienced overlooking things would have helped. The guys that drove the mini bus were the exceptions they were very communicative and personable. Also my wife had a facial in the spa, the lady was absolutely charming. Would I return to the hotel. Yes!"

"We had an amazing week, great sea view room, fabulous breakfast each day, we also ate there of an evening a couple of times and had sunday lunch and each time the food and service was excellent and great value for money. Lots of free parking and easy walking distance to the town centre. The staff were all friendly and approachable nothing was too much, all in all a great week."

"Stunning location, clean and modern. Love The Salcombe Gin touch at 5pm! Spa was lovely and treatment was one of the best. Bar & Restaurant is really nice with lovely views. My only ‘minus’ was really the quality of the food was not the best. I had the risotto which was tasteless. "
