"All was as expected. This was our first time away from home during an Ohio winter. Had to call maintenance over an AC clog and small ants but was handled promptly. Received an email about damage done and was blindsided because I was not aware of any. Came to find out it was caused by guests that stayed with us. Very disappointing. I apologized to the management company and will pay charges. "
