"We were first given the Souterrain room no. 41 which had some water pipes running through the room making it sound like water was running straight through the room whenever somebody flushed or showered. Upon complaining we were given room 43 which was much quieter and had a better layout. We we also told that for an extra 10€ we would have got a larger room with king size bed.
