"Check in was very Easy. And the receptionist was very helpful . Easy to find from Hull Railway station.I went though the St Stephen Shopping centre and out the other end down the path and hotel is just across the road. Nice room with nice bathroom. "I got the impression that this property was only very recently set up for guests. The benefit is that everything is brand new and clean. However, there were a few teething issues which were resolved satisfactorily, and the property manager was in constant communication throughout. There is adequate parking too. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...
