"We had a Great time"

"As you would expect it for a house designed for large Groups we were a group of 15 young people (20-23). The homeowner greeted us super unfriendly bevause of this and made the whole stay uncomfortable by her toxic behaviour towards us. The house looks nice but is build really cheap and the owner will try to scam the deposit for literally anything. Can not recommend."

"My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Spirini. The facilities were great and ideal for group bookings. It was clean and very comfortable. Damir was very responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. We were able to access the villa easily after our late night flight and also offered us a late check-out. "

"Lage, Haus und Außenanlagen sehr gut. Stellplatz ist gleich neben dem Grundstück, kurze enge Zuwegung zum Objekt. Nach drei mal durchfahren geht es aber :-) Bei der Ausstattung der Außenanlagen fehlten Sonnnenschirme ( zwei waren am Pool )und die Überdachung am Sitzplatz war provisorisch nur mit einem Schirm versehen. Auf den zwei oberen Terasen waren keine. Zwei billige Sitzsäcke und einfache Stühle ohne Auflagen im Essbereich Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig. Kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle,...
