"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"We absolutely loved this property! The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "

"This hotel was a little hard to find at first, due to the way addresses work in Croatia. There was ample off-street parking and a little beach nearby. "The staff were rude with them bursting into our room one night of which I then tried to close the door a bit and just speak to her myself through a smaller gap explaining that people in the room were undressed and she shouted that she didn’t care and burst the door open in front of otheir guests outside the room too! "The best villa in Novalja! For 6 people from UK, it was excellent and a holiday to remember. The rooms were excellent with a living room, kitchen etc. Pool was great with an outdoor area, which contained a table tennis table and BBQ pit.
