"We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot....

"Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. Von den Vermietern gab es Gastgeschenke, was sehr nett war. Wir durften Tomaten mit ernten. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen und sie waren jeden Tag bei den Hühnern und den Eseln."

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"This was our first family holiday in Croatia and we loved it. The villa was superb and the layout was perfect as it meant our two family's could have privacy when needed. The pool was a hit with the kids who were barely out of it. Easy access to the beaches and the surrounding area. "We had a fantastic 2 weeks in this house, everything was perfect from the well equipped interior to the wonderful outside space. We were 4 adults with 5 teens and 2 dogs and we all loved it! The area was perfect, such a fabulous variety of beaches and lovely to be able to walk to the beautiful old town of Labin. "Lovely Villa. Outside area is fantastic and brilliant pool. Could do with some more kitchen equipment e.g serving bowls etc and plastic drink cups for around the pool. But this did not effect our stay. Also we weren't aware they wanted a £500 deposit in cash on arrival this should be stated when booking. Overall very happy though and would recommend."
