"Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Clean and homely. Beautiful gardens, well maintained. . Safe and secure for the young children. Host always on hand to help with any concerns or questions. Pool and hot tub clean. These were a blast with the little ones! Quiet location, sea front and towns short car ride away but there is a bus stop right outside the property. Couple of small grocery shops within walking distance. I recommend the bakery, great food at great prices."

"The villa itself is modern and comfortable - and well equipped eg decent kitchen equipment, which a lot of similar places don’t have. It means you can properly cook at home rather than just doing snacks. You might need to, as the village is very limited - we found only 2 restaurants and both of them needed to be booked in advance, even in low-ish season (September). If you don’t mind driving you’ll have lots of options as it’s close to Pula and Medulin. I’d say you definitely need a car unless...

"Das Haus war wie beschrieben, hat uns toll gefallen. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus war, durch die Größe des Autos, etwas schwierig (steile, enge Zufahrt). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorbildlich. Die Küchenausstattung war gut, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, war auch alles vorhanden. Der Außenbereich war sehr schön "

"Es ist ein tolles Haus und megasauber. Alles wie beschrieben und Katja als Gastgeberin einfach Weltklasse. Sie hat uns sehr leckeres Grillfleisch aus dem eigenen Feinkostladen mitgebracht und war immer erreichbar. Dieses Haus ist für Leute, die Ruhe suchen einfach perfekt.Auch unser Hund fühlte sich in dem großen und gepflegten Garten sehr wohl. 👍"

"Our one week family holiday was amazing. Although we had to go to beaches by car and there are only small and bumpy roads, it never took longer than 20 minutes and the remote and small beaches were amazing. The house was perfect for eleven people and the pool was used a lot. The highlight was the outdoor area and kitchen, we never cooked inside with the grill and inductive stove outside. Almodt all the rooms had sea view, as well as the garden and terrace, where we spent most of the time...

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Very nice place when you search for a calm region which is not too far away from the beach, supermarkets or Pula. Very nice and clean pool and a big garden if children are with you. Perfekt and fast communication with the owner. She showed us the house an how all works like the fireplace, the kitchen or the washing machine. We enjoy the outside Grill and the place to sit nearby.
